Description
A Senior Developer with experience leading either projects or a team of developers in a fast paced environment. The candidate must be a delivery-focused person with experience in refining business requirements and translating those requirements into .Net applications. The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and be an expert in all areas of the SDLC The candidate will report to the
manager
of Customer Applications and will assist with day-to-day support and interaction with Ameritox business units.
Major responsibilities will include:
Analyze business requirements and technical requirements of all business functions within Ameritox to create software necessary to support rapidly expanding medication monitoring business. Assist business lines in refining requirements to create efficient software.
Manage a team of developers and a variety of projects through full system development lifecycle.
Oversees the technical architecture, design and vision for applications development.
Manage the day to day production support process for our Laboratory System
Responds to escalated help desk issues in a timely manner
Assign and delegate tasks and responsibility as appropriate
Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files and personal information)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies
Required:
6
Years of Experience in progressively challenging technical roles developing and deploying applications.
1
Years of Experience leading a team or projects
Demonstrated experience in analyzing, designing, developing and delivering Web-based applications
Understanding and experience with multi-tier design and architectural practices and design patterns
Strong architectural and design skills and the ability to formulate a solution from client requirements
An in-depth knowledge of .NET, Entity Framework, VS 3.5, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web
services
and SQL 2008
Ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, programming and unit testing for web-based applications based on Microsoft technologies
Ability to communication effectively both written and orally
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
