Financial Position Summary
Position Description & Key Roles and Responsibilities
Guide and perform daily, weekly, and monthly data extraction and perform analysis of billing system data from InfoDDP, CableData and Report Store applications. Publish reporting through Essbase and Excel to Finance, Marketing and Operations to support financial reporting, business analysis and market management.
Design tools to compile and consolidate approx. 25 corps into 1 business unit reporting entity.
Develop and utilize cross-function resources to obtain and consolidate data from multiple operational sources for the publication of subscriber statistical information
Coordinate with MIS team to obtain report updates and relevant data sets for Monthly Operating Report (MOR) completion.
Build and maintain analysis and evaluation tools, reports, and corp consolidation models to ensure the integrity of reporting.
Update EPC Mapping and provide reconciliations to identify code variances between NDW and Local reporting.
Prepare subscriber analysis including trended data, financial and subscriber monthly report books and prepare SOX compliance reporting.
Develop a forecast and budget based on Marketing expectations, industry trends and Corporate targets.
Evaluate, adjust as necessary, and publish consolidated replies for Business Unit and corporate variance analysis submissions.
Develop understanding of company database reporting tools and the strengths and weaknesses inherent in the selection. Assist management in the selection of appropriate applications for reporting to support internal controls and accurate reporting.
Prepare aging and pending reports, franchise and regulatory subscriber reporting and other ad-hoc analysis and reply to BU inquiries
Communicate, explain and interpret organizational policies and Regional procedures and processes effectively, in oral and written
communications, for Division, Region and Area partners and stakeholders and enforce standards.
Management goals
Review subscriber marketing outlook submissions for reasonableness and accuracy. Ensuring consolidation of product lines.
Develop forecast models, tools and methods with marketing to standardize submissions and ensure compliance with Senior
Develop, maintain and advance BU actual, outlook, and budget revenue models.
Perform rate-volume analysis, consolidate actual variance analysis and publish explanations of business drivers to Regional management
Prepare other revenue support schedules and ad-hoc reporting.
Work with Finance management and marketing to establish reporting timelines, prevent bottlenecks and correct errors, with a continuous improvement focus.

Experience & Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
5 years experience in Accounting or Finance
Financial Reporting, accounting and reconciliation experience, required
Experience in forecasting and budgeting in multiple product line environment
Ability to evaluate consolidated results and analysis, experience preferred in publicly traded company environment.
Experience working with models and modeling techniques
Highly proficient in Excel; Database skills Access experience, preferred; SQL experience a plus.
Hyperion Essbase and Oracle experience, preferred
Demonstrated communications, written and oral. Experience working with cross functional teams, preferred
Understanding of internal controls and applications and associated reporting - SOX
Flexibility: ability to work independently, with a team, and for extended hours during month end and budget reporting cycles

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
