Overview: Work assignments are varied and of considerable scope and complexity.
Specific Duties : Prepare moderately complex systems and equipment designs. Check systems and equipment designs. Prepare assembly and layout drawings. Work with senior designer to divide large projects. Manufacturing and assembly support. Work with Detailer on required individual part drawings. Check detail drawings. Break down information obtained from specifications, sketches, customer layout drawings, and instructions furnished by others and convert the information into detailed drawings with section views and dimensions. Perform a variety of mathematical calculations, using standard procedures. Coordinate with others to determine if drawings can be executed efficiently and within expected tolerances. Prepare Bill of Materials and specifications when drawings are complete.
Accountabilities: Responsible for adhering to project budget and working within loaded hours. Provide technical help to detailers.
Authority: To select proper components for a given project. Supervision is limited, but work may be reviewed.
Education: High school diploma. Completion of a formal drafting program.
Skills: Good mathematical and language skills. Must be able to communicate ideas when developing designs internally. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes. Good knowledge base of materials. Understanding of moderate assemblies and interactions (i.e. fits and finishes). Spatial relations capability. Ability to determine purchased equipment. Proficiency in company software (Encompix, Groupwise, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Experience: 2
years of drafting experience, or equivalent.
Personal Qualities: The ability to work well with people and independently, problem solver, organized, good written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Preferences: Experience working with machines, selecting components, analyzing fit form and function.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
