Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves problem solving and analytical Salesforce specialist! Your mission will be to administrate, assist and provide support in the continued implementation, maintenance and support of a Salesforce database. This will include managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Build and maintain workflow and validation rules, customization of page layouts and record types.
Coordination of process improvements related to Salesforce, which could include the automation of tasks, applications integrations, and data retrieval and reporting.
Work with management, strategic planning and analysis staff, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
Provide technical support on marketing campaigns and to application users.
Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed.
Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
Log and track identified system problems through resolution.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed.
Must Have's
3+ years as a Salesforce administrator and in operational support experience.
Formal training in Salesforce required.
Salesforce and MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint experience.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
