Responsibilities
Managing multiple projects/client accounts concurrently
Participation in weekly production meetings
Actively documenting and updating the project status, next steps, deliverables, deadlines, etc. in our project management CRM
Ability to build and maintain project schedules
Establish and maintain billable work hours/ budgets for projects
Plan project deliverable dates, dates of client meetings, etc.
Recognize and Manage client expectations; ensure client expectations are met
Modify plans to satisfy client specifications
Develop Project Briefs and maintain all documentation through the project cycle (Daily Status -Reports, Client Change Orders and Client Approval Forms)
Ability to coordinate and manage internal or external project teams, in accordance with the project plan at start of project
Daily interaction with the client (via email, phone calls and in-person) through the durations of the project
Assemble informal daily check-ins with the team members
Perform final assessment of work before delivery to client
Continually working to improve the process and service suite. You will be encouraged to present suggestions on how to improve the process
Participation in project kick-off meetings (separately with client and internal teams)
Making ongoing recommendations on leveraging new and emerging technology for our clients
Collaborating with the design, development and marketing staff to effectively communicate the clients goals and objectives for the project
Participation in business development efforts (pre-capture, proposal, and ongoing Project Management)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
