Description
Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates craftsmen of various skill levels in accordance with the craftsman''s skills and experience. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skills and productivity and assists in development of training procedures. Breaks work down into practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform the scope of work. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, job safety information and so on. Responsible for manufacturing, installing and maintaining electrical equipment and ensures support is provided to other foremen/craftsmen in other areas of maintenance as required. Complies with and ensures all craftsmen comply with all safety rules and regulations. Candidate will be required to read, write, comprehend and interpret drawings, specification and procedures. Successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.

# Basic Qualifications
Requires High School diploma or GED and four (4) years maintenance experience. Must have attained journeyman electrician status. Must have

experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
