Our client, a leading manufacturer of metal products, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at their manufacturing plant near Louisville, KY.
The Opportunity
The Maintenance Supervisor directly manages approximately 25 employees in a multi-union environment and is responsible for troubleshooting broken equipment and restoring the equipment to operation.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Preparation of maintenance budget for all departments including; expense planning, emergency, routine and preventative maintenance and lubrication
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures compliance with the EH&S protocols.
Maintain hourly personnel files and file all documents related to company policy.
The Maintenance Supervisor will occasionally be required to manage both production and maintenance employees.
Work schedule supports 24/7 production with an 8-hour swing shift on a 28 day rotation.
Determine solutions to technical problems involving rolling mills, separators, annealing furnaces, spoolers, and packaging equipment.
Requirements
Technical Degree / Training
4 Years minimum experience in an unionized, heavy manufacturing environment
Skills in Electrical Troubleshooting, Qualified in NFPA - 70 E for Electrical work
Experience with a preventive and predictive maintenance system.
Experience with machine design, hydraulics and general mechanics

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
