RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of customer relationships in a manufacturing environment
Deliver customer quotes, schedule and monitor daily material requirements
Accurately enter purchase and sales orders
Work closely with all departments; Sales, Production, Engineering and Finance
Participate in continuous improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
5 years customer service experience in a business environment
Fluent with spoken and written Spanish
Able to assume ownership of customer accounts and markets
Familiar with all basic aspects of customer service including, but not limited to:
Purchase orders, inventory agreements, invoicing, packaging and shipping
Basic understanding of all phases of production
Be a creative problem solver and a team player
EDUCATION
College degree preferred
Associates degree acceptable with required experience

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
