Job Details:
Performs sales and customer service at Impressions Appearance Shoppe and by telephone. Provides assistance to customers in problem solving, demonstrating, instructing, and fitting of cancer support items and other supplies. Skills must include the ability to work with mastectomy patients by observing wounds, assessing prosthetic and other needs, communicating with thedoctor and other health care professionals while providing asupporting environment. Cleans and makes minor repairs to medical equipment as required.
Qualifications:High School Diplomaor G.E.D required. Ability to type, general sales procedure knowledge, word processing and
computer
knowledge preferred. Required to obtain a mastectomy certification within 2 years of hire. Ability to communicate with patients, physicians and the public in a courteous and professional manner.Experience in home care industry sales is desirable, including training and/or experience in fitting orthotics, medical equipment, and related items. Must have valid S.C. driver s license and possess a good driving record.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
