Training and preparation for placement as a high performing Banking Center Manager, responsible for leading, managing and coaching the day-to-day aspects of running an efficient and productive banking center and creating a high quality banking experience for our customers. Participants in the program learn strategy and develop the skills necessary to run a successful Banking Center upon completion of the program. Participants attend an exclusive session designed to build critical leadership skills using course work, assessments, experiential learning and senior leader exposure.
Required skills:
Three to five years experience managing a sales and service team to success
Has held leadership roles with the proven ability to lead,
coach
and manage behavioral change and expected results
Proven sales track record
Demonstrates successful sales and service processes
Proven effective customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
Proven record of sound decision making, balancing risk with customer needs and business goals
Pass required pre-employment assessments
Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business
Desired Skills/Assets:
BachelorEUR(TM)s degree
Previous experience as a personal banker and/or teller
supervisor
, or equivalent roles
Proven Knowledge of financial products
