Key Role:
Serve as a robotics analyst for an Army client, representing the Maneuver, Aviation, and Soldier Division of the Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC). Assist with the planning, coordinating, executing, and assessing Army current and future robotics initiatives, policy, and strategy and liaise between the ARCIC, Headquarters, and the Department of the Army. Work on reviewing existing robotic solutions to assess their ability to fill future gaps in the Army units to conduct specific missions, interview soldiers, government civilians, leading scientists, academicians, and members of industry to identify best practices, future uses, and robotic-related science and technology trends that may help today's and tomorrow's Army, research Army, other Service, and Joint lessons learned related to robotics, examine Army, other Service, and Joint warfighting concepts to identify areas where robotics may be able to contribute, prepare client briefings on ongoing robotics work, and attend project meetings. Conduct thorough research, document findings, present analysis, provide constructive criticism, and build consensus at the GS14/15 and Colonel levels. Work with the Army's robotics
community
of practice and participate in discussions with the Army Staff, the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office, Joint IED Defeat Organization, select Army research labs, other
services
, Joint Staff, Department of Homeland Security, National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA), and other government organizations that use robotics. This position will require travel one to two weeks each month to attend critical meetings at the Pentagon or as part of the data gathering process for this project.
Basic
Qualifications:
-15 years of experience in military or government civilian service with at least 3 of those years on the Army Staff
-3 years of experience with applying or developing robotic capabilities used by the US Army
-Experience with using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of Army warfighting concept documents
-Current Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications
-2 years of experience with service in Army Training and Doctrine Command
-Knowledge of Army Acquisition Practices or Army Capability Development processes
-MA or MS degree preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
