Work Description:
This position is intended to support the Customer Counselor office, which is part of the Customer Service Department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, daily office duties such as data entry, printing, faxing, filing, and preparing bank deposits. All of this information would be provided by various
community
organizations, public agencies, and faith based groups. Other duties could include working in the community at booths, fairs, workshops, and
events
, on a limited basis.

Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be and maintain full-time student of an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or a graduate-level degree
Has and maintains a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Good oral and written communication
Must possess basic
computer
skills
Valid
tennessee
driver s license
Physical Demands:
Sedentary work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Preferred
Qualifications:
Pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate-level degree in Social Work
Career preference of working with community resources and agencies
Has and maintains a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher
Strong administrative and organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Experience with Lotus Notes or other similar calendar and email system
Prior experience working in an office/administrative environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
