Details:

Oversees the maintenance and operation of all facilities
services
and other related departments; and procurement and distribution of all supplies and equipment necessary to provide and insure a safe, comfortable environment for patients, employees and visitors. Oversees the daily work of designated assistants and maintenance staff who perform the activities in the areas of responsibility.
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience or combination of education/experience required.
Three (3) years management experience in a healthcare setting required.
Experience and/or training in the following required:
a. Building maintenance techniques, plumbing, heating sanitation and electrical systems.
b. Reading and interpreting blueprints, manufacturer's specifications, schematics, purchase requests, equipment and materials for installation and
repair
of equipment and facilities systems.
c. The laws and codes affecting building safety and operations including OSHA, NFPA and other applicable regulations.
d. Hospital organization and functions of various departments.
Must be able to successfully comple Drivers Privileges for SHS
vehicles
application process.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
