DUTIES: _Duties include, but are not limited to the following:_
Must have a proven track record of personally providing excellent guest service
Must be able to establish and maintain good and proper relationships with gaming guests and market our hotel & gaming product to potential high-end players
Utilize these relationships to bring meaningful business to the property while being vigilant, ensuring The M Resort's complimentary and credit policies are observed, as well as, maintain excellent service standards
Assist other departments in their relationship with these guestss by acting as liaison, participate in special & social
events
and assist in the event of collection issues.
Provide input into the strategy and use of casino promotions, special events and direct marketing offers to encourage player growth and increase revenue.
Reports to the Director of Player Development
Experience: Must have minimum 3 years in a player development environment of a major strip gaming operation
EDUCATION _: _Must have a college degree or comparable work experience in casino
marketing
Must be 21 years of age or older
SKILLS: Ability to read, write and speak English. Good organizational skills.Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. Ability to work effectively with staff, other department personnel, guests, and management. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of casino data base programs and LMS
computer
systems preferred. Knowledge of casino games is preferred. Data entry experience is required. Must be detail orientated. Career interest within the hospitality field or related industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 2007, Outlook, and Excel is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary.
