Description:
Monitor Group email and file incoming documents in the appropriate file.
Open/Complete appropriate tasks for those respective documents to insure the file moves as designed.
Full Regional Processing Q; send executed contracts with the appropriate Region closing instructions to Listing Brokers and closing office.
Extensions; monitor expiring assets to insure the closing date is not bypassed without an extension in place.
Ordering updated title from field office to insure title remains clear.
Notifying the field that curative is clear and confirming closing dates.
Obtain Earnest Money Receipts from respective parties
Monitoring incoming purchase contract amendments to insure they are submitted for approvals in a timely manner.
Insuring the approved amendments are executed and forwarded to all respective parties.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years title processing experience, including the familiarity with clearing Title Requirements per the Commitment, with an in-depth awareness of the need for strict Adherence to all Contract specifications and title requirements.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of a Residential Sales Contract.
Data entry experience with consistent quality control; detail oriented with the appreciation of the express need for follow through.
Highly motivated to reach goals.
Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to handle a large work load both quickly and efficiently.
Able to work varied shifts if necessary.
