position
performs a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure that a variety of consumer loan products comply with all internal policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
II. Principal Responsibilities
Tracks closing packages to ensure receipt in a timely manner. Evaluates loan documents for accuracy and completion and to ensure internal policies and procedures and regulatory compliance within established timeframes.
Interacts with customers, branch staff and attorneys to resolve errors or non-compliance issues.
Tracks and reports closing errors to management for educational purposes.
Validates package as complete and accurate and forwards for system setup and disbursement.
Audits and monitors the collateral loan documents and loan amounts, including maintenance, issuing customer correspondence and calling the loan when loan to value exceeds guidelines.
Interacts with internal and external customers to secure title and appropriate insurance on motor vehicle loans.
Job Requirements III. Education/Experience Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency.
1-3 years relevant experience.

Effective verbal and written skills are needed to provide courteous and professional customer service.
Effective PC skills are required, including word processing, internal software and industry specific applications as necessary.
Ability to work with a team and share knowledge.
Ability to complete work accurately in a multi-task environment.
Working knowledge of internal policies and procedures and all applicable regulations relating to consumer products.
