They are looking for quality Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers with 7
years of proven experience and project experience above $20M. Candidates who are looking for a career path and long term growth are needed. Candidates should be very experienced in all sectors of Commercial Construction including education (K-12 and higher education), mixed use, religious, recreation, healthcare, office, retail and technology projects. Client has a history of providing excellent service, competitive pricing, quality workmanship, state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled and professional employees on every project.

: Experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers needed for a growing Columbus office. The successful candidate will have experience with large commercial projects ($20M+) and 7
years commercial experience. Experience with scheduling and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments is a major focus. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects. Client needs a strong candidate that can hit the ground running and take over existing projects.
Qualifications:
? Two or Four Year College Degree in Construction Management/Engineering field preferred.
? Large commercial project experience $20M+.
? Comfort and experience running your own schedules.
? Team Player with strong work ethic.
? Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.
? Well-rounded experience in Education, Government, Religious, Recreation, Healthcare, Office, Retail, and Hospitality
? Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.
Compensation:
? $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE) salary
bonus incentive plan.
? Monthly car allowance and company gas card.
? Medical (HSA), dental, vision and prescription benefits provided for you and your family.
? Three weeks of vacation per year.
? 4-6% company match 401K, with short term and long term disability/ life insurance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
