You will enjoy working in a state-of-the-art facility, in Beaverton, OR where quality service is priority and teamwork is valued. You will utilize your lending knowledge to review loans to ensure all proper documentation is received and within compliance. You will contact customers as needed to obtain missing/outdated information on file to ensure accurate information is available to the underwriter. Other responsibilities may include:
Ordering Credit Bureau Reports and updating necessary systems with the appropriate information
Reviewing statuses of assigned accounts for proper follow-up of required documents
Performing internal quality checks to certify accuracy of documents
Sending appropriate workout letters according to established procedures, regulatory and compliance standards, and timelines.
Manpower is seeking applicants who possess strong customer service and mortgage collections background. Were looking for individuals who are familiar with all required documentation needed to present a loan for underwriting.
Applicants who are bilingual in English/Spanish are preferred. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is integral. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively, learn and operate in-house
computer
systems and vendor software, and have strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access, is required. Applicants must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
