Over the years, we've expanded our menu to chicken, ribs, and healthier eating options to cater to our customers' changing tastes. As our menu has expanded, so have our restaurants. We have hundreds of stores nationwide and are aggressively expanding into new markets. The key to our success has been hiring and developing talented Managers and offering more room for career advancement than most of our competitors.
We currently have a hot opportunity for a RestaurantKitchen Manager in the Bozeman area! This person should have an eye for talent, drive to succeed, and strong work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
2
years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen Management experience
High Volume Background; must have restaurant management experience at Full Service restaurants doing over $2 million in sales
A stable work history; no more than two
jobs
in the previous five years
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to build sales and rapport in the Bozeman area
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
