Duration: 10 Months Contract

DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the vendor initiatives for Construction Management resources and their objectives with expertise in the management of complex time sensitive projects.
The Sr. PM will work with the ALU Program and Regional Managers, who will be responsible for the overall performance, management oversight, and quality management of the team.
The Sr. PM will provide
executive
management weekly status reports and will, as needed, escalate material risks and issues that pose delays to the business objectives and deadlines.
The Sr. PM will work with the ALU SIOP Management team to assist in the assessment of current projects direction and objectives with a goal to identify problem areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage vendor and general contractors to ensure ALU and customer safety standards are met during the time of construction.
Coordinate and verify azimuths, antenna tilts, RRH's, etc. are installed per the SMR and design.
Responsible for managing the Vendor's Construction Manager(s) and ensuring they're familiar with the Engineer Installation Guide (EIG) and ensure all general contractors have them on site during construction.
Will work with the Vendor's Construction Manager(s) on any material management issues that may arise.
Responsible for managing the deliverables of the Vendor's Construction Manager(s) and coordinating General Contractor Close-Out packages and obtain all required documents, signatures, and approvals on behalf of Customer and upload into FST.
Assist the Regional Managers with project planning; project change management; project communications management; management and oversight of general contractors; and the management of all issues connected with the delivery of the project scope of work.
Will be responsible for end-customer schedules. Must prepare/create and maintain accurate schedules in ALU's Field Scheduling Tool, FST. Update current and actual schedules based upon Subcontractor/ALU /End-Customer updates and field inspections.
Coordinate schedules with other Project managers where critical path items overlap or concur.
Be accountable for adherence to the project scopes with the subcontractors and the End-Customer to ensure that ALU change control processes are strictly followed.
Track, submit, and upload change order documentation as requested by ALU.
Review file and site audits by making site visits and documenting Tower, Civil Ground, and inside
shelter.
