We are seeking a senior program manager for US Army airborne ISR programs. This position will support the organization in leading capture and execution of the Enhanced Airborne Reconnaissance Low program and execution of current and emerging airborne ISR programs. The program manager will lead a diverse team of company and subcontractor personnel supporting the full life cycle of a program from design, system engineering and integration, test, logistics, and operations and support. The selected candidate will be involved in planning, developing operations concepts, requirements and systems analysis, design, development, integration, delivery, and operations and sustainment of ISR programs to include program capture and proposal planning and preparation. The PM will have overall responsibility for program execution, ensuring that the project is delivered within contract requirements and meets the required standards of quality. The candidate must be able to lead project teams, interface with customers and operational users, and senior ISR managers, be flexible, and work with limited supervision either independently or with an integrated technical team of engineers.
The candidate will also support the companys business development and capture of new opportunities.
In this role, the candidate will work with the staff to new and evolving ISR needs and requirements, formulate program capture strategies and plans, and prepare proposals.
Requirements:
The primary work location will be the
washington
DC metropolitan area.
Travel up to 50% of the time may be required including some OCONUS travel.
The candidate will represent the company in meetings with key players/decisions in the US Armys airborne ISR
community
including PEO Aviation programs and PEO IEW&S programs.
Fifteen years of experience within the US Army ISR market leading airborne ISR system program definition/formulation and program management/execution.
Knowledge of US Army organizations responsible for establishing needs, planning and executing programs, and programming and budgeting including US Army G2/G3/G8 staff, PEO IEW&S and PM SAI staff, and PEO Aviation and PM Fixed Wing staff.
Experience with airborne operations and support of airborne ISR systems in a combat environment.
Knowledge of current and future airborne ISR system needs, requirements, CONOPS
Required technical expertise includes knowledge/experience with the following:
Manned AISR platforms, systems, and sensors
Operational and technical knowledge of EO/IR sensors; hyperspectral imagery; full motion video; signals intelligence; wide area surveillance; LIDAR; and radar (GMTI. DMTI, FOPEN, GPEN); aircraft integration and test, and flight operations and support.
Knowledge of on the state of current ISR capabilities and methods and knowledge of ISR sensors, processing, and communications technologies.
Knowledgeable in the effective management of funds and leadership of personnel, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
Ability to serve as a primary point-of-contact with customers and operational users regarding program requirements, budget requirements, and operational uses of airborne ISR systems.
Ability to market and effectively convey program strategies to senior executives in the operational intelligence, special operations, and intelligence analysis community and to effectively convey program strategies to senior levels of our client base.
Ability to identify opportunities and operational trends; align customers initiatives with effective business strategies for both new capture and follow-on business; and assess government budgets for business trends.
Demonstrated abilities to organize, manage, and lead diverse groups and be adept at problem identification, research, analysis, resolution, and solution implementation.
Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently without day-to-day supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, division managers, and peers.
Must have demonstrated capability for all levels of oral and written communication; excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to gain internal support.
Desired Skills:
Retired US Army officer or senior civilian preferred with experience in the ISR airborne systems development, operations, and support.
Knowledge of US Army PPBES process for programming and budgeting for airborne ISR systems
Knowledge of the state of current science and technology efforts in developing new sensors, processing, and communications technologies is desired. Knowledge and experience with program management, program planning and execution, and systems engineering.

Education:
Bachelors degree in business, systems management, engineering, or hard science field; masters degree in management or engineering
Security Clearance: TS/SSBI/SCIEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
