Noblis ESI's technical support to Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD customers includes the full product development and delivery life cycle from research and development and systems engineering to verification testing, delivery, and initial sustainment of critical C4ISR information technology systems. These specialized data processing, exploitation and dissemination systems run the gamut from major acquisition programs to quick reaction capabilities delivered directly to operational customers. Noblis ESI personnel are well trained, motivated to succeed, and considered experts in the classic intelligence domains including GEOINT and SIGINT. Noblis ESI leverages its skill sets and unique customer relationships to cross traditional intelligence domain boundaries to support development of Multi-INT applications and systems.

We are seeking a Project
control
Analyst to work in our Chantilly, VA office. The selected individual will be an integral part of the Monument Acquisition and Engineering Services (AES) Project Management Office (PMO). To be successful in this highly visible position within the company, you need to thrive on responding to multiple requests for information, within sometimes very short response times, with 100% accuracy. You will need to create new and innovative budget and pricing models; keep watch over all the financial transactions affecting the program; and alert the PMO and affected Task Leaders to issues _prior_to them becoming critical ones. You'll also need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving; the ability to interact well with all types of people, both within the program and at the corporate offices; and the willingness to play a major role in the largest program at Noblis ESI.
This position will report directly and work closely with the Noblis ESI Business Operations
manager
. You will also support other team members on the program on a day to day basis, as well as Corporate functional personnel in Project Control, Pricing, and
accounting
.
The specific responsibilities of this position include:
Work with team members to develop and support WBS and project/task number structures
Work with the Accounts Receivable team in supportint accurate customer invoices
Review and understand contractual funding and program/project impacts
Serve as direct interface with Program and Project leaders developing cost and schedule baselines
Provide budget, cost, estimate to complete (ETC), and EAC analysis on direct and indirect projects and programs
Be responsible for weekly/monthly cost and schedule variance analysis vs. our planned baselines
Support proposal and contract team members in new and follow-on business activity
Support Procurement and Accounts Payable team with subcontractor timekeeping and invoices
Work with our Finance team supporting FY/Quarterly cost and revenue planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and/or applicable work experience
Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Strong working knowledge of Excel a must
Demonstrated experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and project cost reporting
Experience supporting CPFF, T&M;, and Fixed Price contracts
Knowledge of government cost accounting regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and with a team
Strong initiative, detail orientation, organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
Experience with the Oracle accounting system and MicroStrategy a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
