Reporting directly to an Operations Officer, the Director Operations/General
manager
serves as a key leader in one of our many lines-of-business and is responsible for the following:
Oversight and overall management of a multiple operations, multi-million dollar territory.
Maximizing organizational/organic growth and profitability while leading and managing all related operations functions.
The implementation and evaluation of operational standards to ensure achievement of market/financial growth, quality outcomes and service goals, and compliance with local state and federal law as assigned.
Fostering a culture of exceptional commitment to quality client care, customer focus,
employee
focus, professionalism, and inovation.
Driving quality results by establishing clear objectives, performance measures, holding others accountable, aligning needed resources, and ensuring follow-through.
Acting as a liaison with government officials and provider associations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years Director/executive-level management experience providing operational oversight in a multi-million dollar revenue stream and 500
employee environment.
Experience in the area of strategic management at a Director level including a comprehensive knowledge of financial and business principles with previous profit and loss responsibility.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong, productive relationships with clients and partners; strong
public relations
skills.
Experience developing teams in a multi-site operation.
Preferred but not required: Experience in the area of healthcare, human
services
, vocational rehabilitation and/or disability programs in the for-profit, quasi-governmental and/or government sectors preferred. Working knowledge of MR/DD industry.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
