PDS Tech is looking for a Associate I, Quality Assurance for our client in Research Triangle, NC:
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
1. Processing of controlled documentation, which includes QC actions before archival of documents
2. Maintaining appropriate chain of custody for controlled documents submitted to Archivist
3. Maintaining archive index and archive database in preparation for move into myCIMS
4. Responding to requests for document retrieval or updates to already submitted documentation
5. Performing duties equivalent to the Archivist, serving as a backup
6. Communicating with RTP site staff for matters relating to document Archive
7. Assist in the development, implementation, and continued improvement of quality systems related to document archival
Additional responsibilities and tasks include:
8. Archiving material to an off-site Archive
9. Other job duties that may be assigned for Document Management department
Qualifications:
1. Excellent
computer
skills, including MS Word, Excel, and related MS Office applications
2. Ability to routinely schedule and complete multiple tasks and be timeline driven
3. Strong focus on prioritization and quick responsiveness
4. Understanding of cGMPs
5. Excellent ability to follow written procedures and compliance to procedures
6. Good problem solving or troubleshooting abilities
7. Attention to detail
8. Advanced organizational skills
9. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
10. Initiative and self-direction while also knowing when to seek assistance
11. Strong customer service and quality assurance approach to tasks
12. (Preferred) Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, myCIMS, or eDocS
