Sun Sentinel is seeking a Advertising Support Manager to join our team!
Manages the day to day operations of the support teams for Sun Sentinel. Works closely with our sales, deliverables, and advertising operations teams ensuring the smooth launch of new initiatives and complex advertising campaigns.
o Oversees the allocation of resources locally to best meet our deliverable goals.
o Oversee the supervision of sales support activities for our retail/classified verticals, including creative requests generatedby account executives.
o Communication and training related to product development.
o Coordination of ad production.
o Billing and Ad Ops issues, ordering procedures and questions and metrics reporting in support of advertising sales initiatives.
o Coach, direct and empower Team to provide excellent customer service.
o Proactively identify and solve problems that affect service, efficiency, and productivity in terms of processes, reporting
and financial billing.
Desired Skills and Experience
o College degree or equivalent work experience.
o Minimum of 3 years' supervisory and/or managerial experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
