Bachelors degree from an accredited state college
Leadership experience and ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional communication, organization and problem solving skills
Highly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision
Business Development
position
:
Drive business development/account management efforts to consult with clients and identify the appropriate staffing solutions through cold calls, onsite meetings and various networking
events
IT staffing industry expertise with excellent knowledge of concepts and terminology
Build lasting relationships within your network and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
A highly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision
Recruiting Position:
Established experience recruiting all levels of IT professionals
IT staffing industry expertise with excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure/application concepts and terminology
Proven track record searching, screening, and qualifying contract & permanent candidates using source and referral techniques to build a high quality network
Manage recruiting process, including: posting on appropriate sites, resume review and formatting, reference checks, interviews, offer process, and documentation through applicant tracking system
