Requirements
Qualified Applicants will possess the following:
o2
years as a Full-Service, Restaurant Kitchen Manager
oProven success in previous positions
oDemonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training
oStable and consistent work history as a restaurant kitchen manager
oA demonstrated ability to build sales
o The ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
o A track record of building guest loyalty
o Proven ability to hold team members accountable and motivate a team to succeed
o The motivation to excel and the desire to never stop learning
o College degree preferred
o Bilingual is a plus
o 3-4 years of current Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience
o Strong operational background and knowledge
o Exceptional people skills
o Problem solving skills
o Top notch communication and writing skills
