Our client is looking to add a Contract Java/J2EE Developer for their Flagship Web Based application. This is our client's biggest revenue generating application/product for the biggest division within the organization. Additionally; they are looking for an extremely talented and professional candidate as this is a very high visible project. They are making enhancements/improvements to the modules within application. Specifically they are looking to increase the Scalability, Performance, User Interface and Usability of the application. This person will Design, modify, develop, write and implement RESTFul API's for external consumption.

Our client and Mgr would prefer LOCAL candidates as well as people not leaving FULL TIME positions so they avoid a BACKOUT situation. It is important to share that this is NOT development from scratch but NEW development within an existing application and framework as well as enhancements and some technical support to project team members. They are looking for someone who is looking to move from solid mid level onto a Sr Developer Track so the right candidate will have 7
years of experience (but absolutely NO LESS than 5) with Java, J2EE, EJBs (recent experience with EJB3), creating RESTful Web
services
and writing SQL Queries This application will run on an Oracle (11g) db but Oracle 10g would work and they do not need to be a db person- but will need to be able to write SQL Queries. Also; This is all Web Based and right now no plans for mobile work.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
