Strong SharePoint skills - not SharePoint development but skill to use SharePoint.

Excellent PowerPoint skills.

Basic SQL skills are a must.

Working knowledge of ETL/data integration is must.

Prior MSFT experience either as a FTE/vendor.

Must be able to meet and communicate with internal clients and data scientists.

Gather requirements from Data Scientists and explain it to developers for ETL/data integration.

Will be required to communicate with Sr. Directors/GMs in the client space.

Organize briefing meetings between team and client.

Be able to deal with ambiguity and changes.

Be able to produce a project plan, manage and prioritized action items, and ensure the team completes them in a timely manner.

Have strong collaboration skill - create a trusted and cooperative environment through open communication of ideas to achieve the team's goal.

Have strong communication skill - ability to convey the right information and influence other towards desired action either verbally or by written means.

Be customer centric - ability to identify the customer's need and guide the team towards the team's desired and agreed goals.

It will be a great plus if the candidate have worked with statisticians in the past.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
