A New York based PEO is a looking for a seasoned Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Professional for the new Client Service Director role, to support the development of the business.
The Client Service Director is a client facing and strategic role that will be accountable for service model delivery as well as represent company to clients, business partners and industry leaders. The
position
will manage and oversee internal service teams in conjunction with Senior Leadership, to ensure the delivery of the companys service standards and value proposition. Position will report directly to Senior Leadership and will be accountable to working across all function areas to develop and implement service initiatives
Responsibilities:
-Develop internal processes and recommendations to management team to streamline the service delivery across all functional areas.
-Represent organization in client and prospect meetings; deliver company value proposition and be able to communicate the service model.
-Manage and direct service team; responsible for developing and executing service delivery strategy.
-Work with teams on day to day operations with regards to client service delivery
-Work with teams and clients to ensure client engagement in Company Value Add
services
.
-Collaborate with management team to develop and implement processes and develop metrics to support.
-Provide client customer support and manage escalations to resolution. Work with client and internal teams to ensure satisfactory resolution.
-Continually evaluate all internal processes.
-Provide management team with recommendations on process and policy to support company growth
-Provide level one resolution to client escalations in the areas of W/C, Benefits, Payroll, and Human Resources
-Develop relationships with client company contacts
-Recommend strategy and infrastructure ideas to
executive
management to streamline service delivery and provide better customer services experience for clients
-Motivate and lead team to provide exceptional service in line with the value and mission of organization
Skills / Experience
-8-10 years of PEO experience; serving in multiple functional areas a plus
-5
years of PEO management experience; with increasing levels of responsibility
-Ability to work successfully across functional areas
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-General knowledge of PEO Service areas; including Payroll, HR, Benefits, Risk
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Develop internal relationships and effectively work across functional areas.
