Senior Consultant - Web and Handset Program
manager
Society Consulting is currently seeking a Senior level Program Manager to join our Product Development Division. In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting teams in designing, implementing and delivering business & process solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates communications and planning activities across all business stakeholders
When needed, facilitate the collection of business requirements, scheduling of meetings, coordination of design reviews, reporting for project status and planning for project execution
Schedule and/or attend meetings critical to project initiatives and supply meeting notes to summarize discussion
Support Product Managers and project team members assigned to support project execution
Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with our company strategy
Drive solutions that are consistent with scope
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of consulting or relevant work experience
Proven abilities in leading and directing teams
Must have experience delivering handset/App or Mobile Web / Mobile First solutions
Access / Security / Authentication background preferred
Ability to scope out simple or complex projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits. Ability to create a project plan and/or Statement-of-Work
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project sponsors, various business groups and senior leadership
Ability to manage, control and report on project budget. Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
Can lead business decisions and facilitate and articulate alternatives and direction to Senior and Business Management
Strong Project Management Skills
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience required.
Specific telecom industry experience relative to this role is highly desired
Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies
