Join us and apply your management skills learned in retail, working directly with prestigious clients and professionals over the telephone from the comfort of our offices on weekdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm: NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS.
During our intensive training program, you can develop comprehensive knowledge and skills for success in the business development, research, selection, hiring and training functions of the technical professional and executive recruiting business. We train our Associates using a hands-on approach with one on one trainer, learning the ins-and-outs of search and hiring operations.
Shall:
develop and refine leadership skills;
become schooled in human resource functions;
build technical competencies;
network with employees of all levels across a diverse selection of high-tech businesses;
be exposed to senior leadership; and
become a contributing member of a team
Offering competitive base salaries from $30,000 to $40,000 plus monthly performance bonus to $80,000+, growth potential, excellent benefits package including medical, dental, 401(K) and more.
