Consultant - Content Lifecycle Production Coordinator (Web PM)
Society Consulting is looking for a Content Lifecycle Production Coordinator to join our Customer Engagement Division. In this role you have the opportunity to utilize your talents in project management and web knowledge to manage team bandwidth needs and determine the cadence of day-to-day operations. This will include understanding web content requests, and providing daily triage of intake, and ensuring that deadlines are being met. You will be running the daily SCRUM calls to coordinate content requests and order of deployment.
Responsibilities:
Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
Supporting the overall site vision and ensuring a quality customer experience while focusing on project goals and delivery dates.
Troubleshooting streamlining and prioritizing production duties to achieve the most efficient production processes.
Providing clear communication to stakeholders.
Partnering with Content Manager on special projects & assignments
Reporting - Compile weekly reporting metrics for team dashboard
Calendar Management - builds, freezes, coordination with other team's calendars
Requirements
Must be extremely detail oriented and very organized.
Solid project management skills
Understanding of web concepts and processes, content management
Self-starter and a proactive problem solver with a drive to achieve results.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of working in a global ecommerce web environment
Degree or equivalent experience.
PMP Certification a plus
