Serves as a team member for analysis of business problems and proposes software solutions as appropriate. Provide estimates as required. Creates functional specifications and detailed design specifications for programs to be developed. Converts system designs and technical specifications into program code for complex applications. Develops, tests, and maintains complex application software. Complies with project standards and processes related to producing quality software products and documentation. Provides project management for moderately sized, complex efforts. Works with little direct supervision. Serves as a mentor to junior programmers in department. Debugs and troubleshoots existing program code and corrects errors as required. Provides Level 2 support to resolve systems-related issues; includes periodic 24x7 on-call support as required by teams scheduled rotation. Applies software releases to production in a controlled, methodical manner. Verifies systems are stable after patch application. Requires knowledge of Unix, NT, Visual Basic, Java, Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Studio, CVS, VB, ASP, and .NET. Requires understanding of component based software, object oriented methods, Internet technologies, client/server architectures, relational databases, structured development, test methodologies and data warehousing.
(1) Master's degree
1 year experience.
OR
(2) Bachelor's degree
5 years experience.
Foreign equivalents accepted.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
