Position Overview:
The Patcher is responsible for pulling defective planks; planks marked for delam and for patching all types of wood to be used for Production.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assuring quality of material is correct
Inspect assigned job at the beginning of every shift.
Communicate any problem or concerns to the supervisor in a timely fashion.
Must be able to patch wood to match examples given by supervisor or lead person.
Must actively participate in weekly clean-ups.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Manufacturing experience preferred.
