We are currently seeking a Human Resources Recruiter located in our Fargo Service Center for a contract assignment from May-mid to late August.

The ideal candidate will proactively source, recruit, and interview candidates for employment. The Recruiter will utilize traditional and alternative sourcing techniques such as ad placement and proactive internet sourcing. The Recruiter is a key partner with business line hiring managers to develop and implement effective, timely, and cost effective recruitment strategies. Identifies, recommends, and interviews the most qualified candidates.
Responsibilities Include:
Partnering with hiring managers within the Operations group to determine and meet staffing needs filling both exempt and non-exempt positions.
Managing the entire staffing process which consists of employing multiple strategies to recruit qualified candidates, screening candidates, identifying, recommending, and interviewing the most qualified candidates, performing reference checks, initiating the pre-employment screening process, and extending offers of employment.
Developing and maintaining effective recruitment strategies.
Maintaining and reporting data on recruitment activities including
job
requisitions, applicant tracking, interviews,and hires.
Actively representing U.S. Bank in the
community
as an employer of choice.

Qualifications
_Basic Qualifications_ - Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent work experience
Previous staffing, interviewing, and hiring experience.
_Preferred Skills/Experience_ - Basic knowledge in the areas of sourcing, selection, and employment processes
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication, networking, problem-
solving, and organizational skills.
Must exercise strong independent decision making skills and work well
independently while under deadline pressure.
Must possess good problem-solving, decision making, and the ability to
exercise good judgment.
Must be willing and able to work flexible days and hours as the business needs
demand.
Proficient
computer
skills, utilizing a variety of software packages.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
