Our client is seeking a Sales Service Assistant in Newberry, SC.
Purpose:
Provide response to customers and manufacturer's representatives in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for the sales team in order entry, incoming phone calls and literature requests. Provide an atmosphere of continuing improvement in sales and service excellence.
Essential Functions:
Enter orders for Light Poles, Composites, and Carsonite
Check styles as they relate to the order and the specific customer
Enter Orders / Data entry
Enter new style requests as necessary with all pertinent information for engineering and cost accounting
Mail Acknowledgments
Maintain customer information
Answer Company Phone
Literature Requests and organization of literature room
File materials as needed
Perform Other Duties as AssignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
