KEY
Responsibilities:
Manages large and small research projects focused across sales effectiveness and sales compensation
Structure quantitative and qualitative approaches, build models and perform analytics as relevant to gain insight into business conditions
Conduct original research leveraging internal company data
Synthesize analyses from project(s) to communicate key insights and recommendations through written and oral communications highlighting analytics findings, recommendations
Strategically prioritize work initiatives
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Strategic thinker, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly
Analytical and creative problem solver with extremely strong quantitative skills that can spot patterns, trends, and opportunities in data
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, yet able to balance against conventional business constraints
Motivated by learning new things, but also results-oriented
Ability to prioritize and drive work to completion
Track record of performance and success in previous work settings
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Passion for research and working in a highly intellectual, collaborative environment
Superb oral and written communication skills
Experience with sales or sales operations a plus.
Expertise with Excel-based modeling, Access and PowerPoint. Statistical package (R, Sas, SPSS. minitab) experience a positive.
College degree and 5 to 10 years of related business experience
