Under General Supervision, utilizing technical expertise or overseeing a specific area within established practices and guidelines, by Management of Fluor or its subsidiaries (indicated as the Company), the purpose of this position is to provide the essential administrative and technical knowledge and direction for the job functions listed below with the objective of ensuring Fluor''s competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality

Primary Job Duties:
1. Serves as Lead or Area Lead on assigned projects or architectural assignments of moderate to difficult complexity and develops the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline work. Lead duties include but are not limited to: develops and updates job plans, supports proposal and estimate activities, develops and reviews specifications including design criteria, develops and monitors schedules, develops and monitors manpower estimate forecasts, assigns work to teams, monitors material estimates and quantities, interfaces with project disciplines/client representatives/construction, participates in equipment and material procurement activities, permitting activities and subcontracting activities
2. Performs and checks architectural designs and calculations, specifies equipment, and solves problems of moderate to difficult technical complexity
3. Reviews specifications, drawings, and vendor equipment documentation from both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution
4. Monitors work done by Fluor offices or other designated entities performing Distributed Execution Engineering
5. Directs and oversees audits
6. Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
7. Actively participates in and promotes the use of Fluor's Knowledge
community
and other available resources
8. Participates in people development through mentoring, development of training material, and conducting of training seminars
9. Focuses on performance appraisal input and counseling
10. Develops and builds client relations
11. Provides close interface with, and promotes the understanding of, other discipline functions
12. Meets Company expectations for attendance
13. Other related duties/functions as assigned
14. Travels to ensure successful execution of project and department goals
Secondary Job Duties
1. Supports the Global Excellence Leader and Department Manager on initiatives
2. Assists in the development of department standards, procedures, practices and guidelines
3. Assists with company functions outside the department
4. Actively participates in Fluor University as necessary to follow the curricula as outlined in the Functional Development Frameworks
5. Promotes company branding by active participation in external technical organizations and code committees and presents technical papers or presentations through Fluor's P4 process
6. Serves as member on an external organization or code committee's steering or technical committee
Basic Job Requirements
1. An NAAB accredited Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Architecture, and
2. 10 years of related experience
3. Professional architect registration
4. Expert in the use of cadd software including Bentley Microstation or Autodesk Autocad.
5. Experienced in the use of architectural BIM software including Bentley AECOSim Building Designer, Bentley Architecture, or Autodesk Revit
6. Intermediate
computer
and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
