An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager in the Honeywell Scanning and Mobility (HSM) business unit located in Ft. Mill, SC. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead the product marketing efforts for his/her line of products. He/she will be responsible for driving long term organic growth in the business through the development of new market strategies while partnering with sales, business and other functional resources to ensure that current strategy and roadmap is being executed upon. This is a highly visible role, with opportunities for advancement into senior marketing roles or general management positions.

Responsibilities:
Understanding the global AIDC markets - players, trends, technologies, standards, regulations and economics, completive landscape, how we win and why competitors win.
Spearhead detailed competitive analysis by collaborating with Engineering to clearly understand cost-positions and system performance of competing products and translating that into compelling marketing messages and material.
Partner with Channel Marketing teams to gather VOC from partners and customers before and while moving projects through the New Product Development Process.
Work with Mar Com and Channel Marketing to successfully launch new products ensuring appropriate marketing collateral, training and launch
events
are developed for both internal and external customers.
Manage Product Life Cycle - ensure that new product introductions have a complete approach to the customer's previous version and the next and beyond.
Work with Honeywell Integrated Supply Chain to clearly understand sourcing / production strategy and their implications on the product lines and provide input into the SIOP process.
Analyze sales data from both sell-to and sell-through reports to closely monitor sales trends and performance to annual operating plans on key metrics such as unit sales, revenue and margin.
Interface with Alliance Marketing to properly identify strategic partnerships that can drive revenue and future growth of the product line.
Collaborate with the Mar Com and the Channel Marketing teams to drive market communications activities for the business including promotions, ad placements, trade events/shows, press releases and development of marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets and catalogs.

Qualifications
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or technical field.
3 year experience in product marketing or product management in a B2B environment for a manufacturing company of technology products
Additional
Qualifications:
MBA preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience in the AIDC industry preferred.
Client facing customer contact experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record executing marketing projects and programs.
Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills.
Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals.
Strong ability to manage external party relationships.
Ability to thrive in faced-paced, results-driven organization.
Strong written and presentation communication skills.
Green Belt Certification preferred.
