manager
in GPI (Global Product Information), you will join a dynamic and sizable team working within Nike's Product Engines. In this role, you will independently lead your team of 8-10 Category Information Analysts. Success relies heavily on your ability to manage and
coach
a diverse team that supports multiple category teams, critical Nike functions, and our own functional priorities. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a robust talent pipeline for Nike's product engines. In addition to management responsibilities you will be individually accountable for project deliverables in support of strategic priorities. You will work within a team of Data Intelligence Managers (5 total) and will partner with and lead various projects and initiatives with this Management Team. Qualifications

- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Communication or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a cross-functional environment
- 2 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team of direct reports
- Ability to drive to results and work in a constantly evolving, dynamic, highly ambiguous business environment
- Ability to successfully influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize and manage to deadlines
- Proven problem solving ability
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Experience with/and passion for working with data preferred
- Experience in Nike's product process or category game plan is highly preferred
- Analytical experience strongly preferred
- Project management and process improvement experience is a plus
- Footwear experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
