Perform a wide variety of customer service and dispatching. Perform administrative duties required to receive, record, prioritize, and assign customer requests for technical service and inspections. Receive customer requests for service in a professional manner and obtain needed information to efficiently dispatch the calls. Utilize the scheduling software and assign service calls to the optimal technician based on skills, customer preferences, availability of technicians, contractual response times, critical nature of the call, and proximity to the customer.
Scheduling of customer inspections on a monthly basis in advance
Coordination and scheduling of manpower necessary to complete inspections
Order entry/invoicing using ComputerEase accounting software
Preparing, filing, and maintaining all varieties of service record folders and documentation for clients
Maintain and distribute current on-call list for after hours service calls
Review, process, and distribute completed inspection reports to customers and responsible local authorities as required
Maintain and update customer database as required
Other duties as assigned by Service Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent inter-personal skills and customer service skills
Must possess exceptional organizational skills, willingness and ability to learn quickly, and be deadline oriented
Previous related experience a plus
This is a full time position with working hours from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. American Fire Sprinkler offers an excellent compensation and benefits package including paid vacation, sick, and holidays, available health insurance and 401K plan. American Fire Sprinkler does require pre-employment drug screening.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
