Description
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, solutions and processes. Works with business unit (BU) and corporate function (CF) managers to understand requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and
services
should perform and operate.
o Execute and ensure the effectiveness of the IAM program for the Wilton Business Partners global IT environment.
o Integrate systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and resources authorization.
o Ensures that IAM services perform according to defined processes and comply with applicable information security requirements.
o Work with the Corporate IAM team to coordinate the execution of program activities.
o Establish an IAM training and awareness program.
o Provide governance and oversight over management tools and processes. Work with users to understand business process challenges, conduct analysis and identify solutions.
o Help business application owners define roles and access models using a risk-based approach.
o Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions.
o Contribute to ongoing evolution and development IAM strategies, roadmaps and plans.
o Oversee provisioning, de-provisioning and periodic recertification activities and processes.
o Oversee tangential IAM-related processes like business continuity contacts.
Position Requirements
o Strong knowledge of IAM and security concepts and principles.
o Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
o 3
years' experience in IAM or Compliance-related function, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o College degree in a technical field or a field related to IT risk management and security, or equivalent work experience.
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other relevant certifications.
o Experience with NetIQ, Oracle, Siteminder or Sailpoint a plus. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
