GENERAL PURPOSE: This position is a member of the Worldwide Content Protection Operations (WWCPO) group and will assist in the planning, management and execution of various WWCPO-led operations and strategic initiatives. The incumbent will partner with cross-functional departments to manage and drive the success of content protection initiatives. The incumbent will be joining a lean yet highly productive team and should expect to hit the ground running as they build up their internal knowledge of the organization and the department's role in the overall management of the MPAA's worldwide content protection program.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Serve as a resource for the strategic planning office in the planning and execution of the WWCPO strategy.
Drive the execution of WWCPO-led initiatives and collaborate with others on various projects/activities - ensuring that Content Protection business needs/impacts are consistently identified and met.
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions, working with project/business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
Assist the Director in identifying and informing WWCPO of any new trends and developments within the content protection program and develop recommendations to address emerging issues.
Assist WWCPO in the ongoing management and evaluation of content protection operations worldwide.
Assist content protection operations worldwide in the definition and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and business processes.
Develop and maintain training programs and materials for use in the training of staff and others on the content protection program.
Manage vendors supplying content protection
services
.
Other duties and special projects as needed.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S.
Minimum 4-years of business experience.
SAS Analytics experience a plus.
Proven problem solving, analytical and leadership skills with the ability to anticipate and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear, professional manner.
Outstanding team building, client relations, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to write various types of reports - executive, technical, policies & procedures, etc.
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
