Representative
position
will be responsbile for the following:
Greet and register guests and/or Realtors
Maintain a current working knowledge of the overall community and attributes; orient visitors to Community offerings and accurately answer questions of a general nature
Manage guest registrations
Responsible for answering phones and routing to appropriate department
Provide direct administrative support to the team
Carry out special projects as assigned by the marketing department
Screen, direct and/or handle all correspondence
Completion of any tasks designated by
supervisor
Maintain all operational records and files as well as correspondence
Provide traffic reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Facilitate the setup and coordination of meetings as assigned
Maintain inventory of all resource materials
Maintain conference room booking calendars - including set-up, clean-up/overall appearance
Maintain and track legal requirements for registrations of out of state prospects (walk-ins and/or telephone screening)
This is a full time position and is located in Mesa, AZ. There is weekend work required and evening
events
