Description
RCM Technologies is seeking a mid - level Facility Logistics Coordinator to join our team in support of our client. The consultant should have direct experience coordinating the move/relocation of facilities within the life science industry
The Coordinator will work with our on-site project manager to:
Coordinate the various activities of QA, RA, Engineering, Facility, Operations and other departments within client to document their requirements.
Ensure regulatory requirements are met as necessary and interface with client''s regulatory management to facilitate those needs
Assess the current status of construction design development documents to ensure utility requirements, reconnection/installation requirements, ventilation requirements, and validation requirements can easily be met during IQ, OQ and PQ including:
Verify footprints, connections, clearances, any special reassembly instructions are included prior to breakdown as well as verify/identify new control components which should be considered for long term operation in the new location.
Review and coordinate Construction schedule for equipment installation including time sensitive efforts such as: dependencies, predecessors, validation execution durations and pre-production capabilities.
Assist and coordinate with Manufacturing for time sensitive production lines or inventory requirements to facilitate client''s transparency in the marketplace.
Look for opportunities to minimize IQ, OQ and PQ duration requirements.
Facilitate, define and manage all aspects of the equipment transportation for Atrium from origination to final destination.
Interface with equipment manufacturers as needed to further define any special requirements for movement of equipment
Supervise un-packaging and unloading of all equipment
Upon arrival at destination, work with and supervise construction contractors, technicians, and engineers as final connections are made to utility stub-outs and reassembly of componentry with consideration for any special requirements of IQ activities.
Participate and conduct weekly status meetings to update team, meet daily for status meetings as required during project closeout and turnover.
Coordinate with the RCMT validation practice leadership to ensure all validation requirements/protocols are assessed early so that any remediation activities for the relocation is taken into account fully recognized and supported internally or through RCMT.
Experience:
7-10 years of management or supervisory experience in Facilities, Logistics, Industrial Distribution Management, or equivalent, required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
