Under the direction of the Regional HR Supervisor; deliver all aspects of HR support to the assigned store(s). Support and administer the HR programs and competencies in the development of associates and managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit candidates with the job profile and management expectations for the position. Work with the hiring managers to determine appropriate screening questions and requirements for the role. o Maintain associate's time cards to ensure they are paid accurately on a weekly basis using the Kronos software o Review time cards and other related information to detect and reconcile any discrepancies and policy violations o Adjust associate's time cards as directed by department managers o Monitor accruals such as PTO (Paid Time Off) for associates o Notify Store Director and Regional HR Supervisor regarding employee relation issues and areas of concern o Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and the onboarding process of candidates o Conduct new hire enrollment sessions for newly hired associates o Coordinate all paperwork and reports at the store level o Review HR documents for accuracy and completeness and submit to the appropriate HR specialty in the support offices o Coordinate store's uniform supply and laundering program o Coordinate Sunshine Fund gifts and Service Award distribution o Represent the HR department at store huddle ups, in-store meetings, and safety meetings o Maintain store communication bulletin boards o Partner with store leaders on store
events
; Boo Fest, United Way Campaigns, Bunny Hop etc. o Assist with HR related duties as assigned by the Store Director or HR Generalist
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Supervisory Relationships: o Directly reports to the Regional HR Supervisor. o Supervises 1- 3 HR Coordinators in multiple store locations. o Supervises Kronos Clerk Organization Relationships: o Daily contact with all levels of store management to provide HR policy interpretation and guidance. o Frequent contact with Corporate Human Resource partners to gain information, work on joint projects and utilize expertise. o Frequent contact with in-store associates regarding store level matters. External Business Relationships: o Contact with Human Resource peers through SHRM and other organizations. o Contact with HR interest groups, other companies, consulting firms, and a variety of industrial associates to exchange information and keep abreast of new HR developments, best practices, and market trend

The most common shift to be worked will be 7:30am to 5pm including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
