ARI is looking for someone who is comfortable overseeing our financial A/R and Analyst teams while being a dedicated hands on mentor. We haven't had a controller for over 4 years so this is a very special
position
to us as our growth has been exponential in the last year. If you have technical savvy this is a huge bonus. ARI's new controller will be the right hand partner to our CFO.
As the Controller you are considered an invaluable member of the team and must have the vision and drive to lead and mentor. It will be your responsibility to support and assist with igniting and managing rapid revenue growth. You will be hands on within our finance group and should operate with a sense of ownership as if the business is your own. And, through our stock option plan, you will be an owner!
It is the Controller's principal duty to oversee the creation and maintenance of all corporate fiscal records. As ARI's Controller, you will be involved in the development, administration and oversight of all accounting systems, financial reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, capital assets, equipment and other administrative tasks for all operations worldwide. You will establish accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You will be responsible for satisfying audit requirements, taxes for all local and national tax authorities, transfer pricing and tracking of financing needs for the company.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform all required accounting functions of the company in a timely and accurate manner.
SEC Filings
Manage relations with banks and other financial institutions.
Provide cash flow plans incorporating revenue forecasts, capital expenditures and expenses in order to determine financing needs.
Arranges for audits of company's accounts.
Work with outside auditors to ensure that ARI meets all audit and tax requirements worldwide.
Responsible for G/L account reconciliations.
Must be able to synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data.
Safe guard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing cost controls/checks and balance across departments.
Ensure billing is completed in a timely manner.
Understands business implications.
Manage all accounting personnel worldwide.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related subject required.
CPA certification
SEC Filings
Background in a public company
Strong Audit process and procedures
Experience with large customer volume.
Minimum of 10 years Accounting or Finance experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
Knowledge of and experience using different types of accounting software.
Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project etc.)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
