Candidate to help with large scale IT hiring for several locations. Contractor will focus on sourcing passive candidates and generating leads through LinkedIn and other networking techniques. Build org charts and pre-qualify candidate's interest and phone screening for Recruiter/Business. Candidate should have strong sourcing skills, prior experience cold calling and selling opportunities to passive candidates. Prior experience Information Technology recruiting is preferred.
This
position
requires an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
