Manager has responsibility for the selection, development and performance management of restaurant employees, optimizing profits and increasing sales. You will manage all operations during scheduled shifts, including daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, product quality and cleanliness. Other responsibilities include identifying opportunities to build sales and control costs, ensuring proper security procedures are in place and preparing end of shift reports including daily labor control, daily food control and daily sales. You will act as a partner to all parties involved with the restaurant, including guests, the area team, senior management, operations management, unit managers and hourly employees. Success in this position will be measured by factors such as: an increase in guest satisfaction scores, optimized profits, minimization of overtime costs and retention of hourly front-of-house employees.
Requirements
o A four year degree is preferred.
o Key skills include sound decision-making and time-management skills
o Basic ability to use
computer
hardware and software
o Strong ability to foster teamwork to train, coach motivate employees
o The successful candidate will work to achieve high levels of personal and organization performance
o Attend to detail and constantly assess and adapt current practices to improve efficiency
$50-60k Salary
